Try these, in order:

1. Wait about 30 seconds. A first load can be slow while your browser compiles graphics shaders.
2. Hard reload: Cmd+Shift+R on Mac, Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows or Linux.
3. Open this page in a private or incognito window to rule out browser extensions.
4. Check graphics acceleration: open chrome://gpu and look for “WebGL: Hardware accelerated”. If it says software only, turn on “Use graphics acceleration when available” in Chrome settings under System, then relaunch Chrome.
5. Open the browser console (Cmd+Option+J on Mac, Ctrl+Shift+J on Windows or Linux) and look for red errors.
